Hello NAMS Families,

As we head into February vacation, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership and support. The stretch between January and February can feel long for students and adults alike. Despite cold mornings and busy schedules, our students continue to show resilience, kindness, and growth.

February break is an important opportunity for everyone to pause and recharge. Whether your family is traveling, staying local, catching up on rest, or simply enjoying a slower routine, I hope the week brings time together, laughter, and a chance to reset.

When we return, we’ll be entering an exciting stretch of the school year with longer days, continued academic momentum, and many meaningful student experiences ahead this spring.

Witnessing our legal system at work firsthand was a powerful reminder of the role citizens play in ensuring fairness, justice, and due process. The North Andover School Committee will hold 3 Community Chats in the next few weeks. The Chats are open to all members of the North Andover community to discuss school related topics with members of the committee in an informal setting.  

All Chats will be held at the Stevens Library, 1st Floor Conference Room:

  • Monday, January 12th - 6:00-7:00 pm
  • Saturday, January 17th - 1:00-2:30 pm
  • Monday, January 26th - 6:00-7:00 pm

Dear NAMS Families,

As we approach winter break, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership and support throughout the school year.

The weeks leading up to this break are often busy and demanding for students, families, and staff alike. We are grateful for the patience, encouragement, and care you show your children each day, and for the trust you place in our school community.

Winter break offers a valuable opportunity to slow down, spend time together, and recharge. We hope the days ahead provide moments of rest, connection, and joy for your family.

On behalf of the entire NAMS staff, we wish you a safe, healthy, and restful winter break. We look forward to welcoming students back refreshed and ready for the new year on Monday, January 5, 2025.
