NAMS Message to Families - 5/26/23

Hello NAMS families,

I hope that you enjoy some time with family and friends this upcoming long weekend. There is no school on Monday as this is Memorial Day. It is a day to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms and liberties that we enjoy today.

The countdown continues, only 3 weeks left in the school year now! 

Congratulations to Chris Nelson & Matt Ignos on leading wonderful end-of-year band concerts this past week! Our Grades 6, 7, & 8 Bands once again impressed audiences along with our Jazz Band composed of all ages. Next week is our last concert of the year is the Trimester Chorus Concert on Wednesday, June 6th at 7:00 p.m.!

There are still many events and activities before the end of the school year. Please be sure to review the NAMS End-of-Year Dates 2023 here. You will notice that many of the dates are specific to Grade 8 End-of-Year Events.

Yearbooks will be arriving soon! 

If you would like a yearbook, please purchase one here or at the following address: https://www.yearbookordercenter.com/index.cfm/job/5986 through Thursday, June 8, 2023 or until we sell out. We are planning on distributing yearbooks on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Any yearbooks left after Thursday, June 8th can be purchased in person at NAMS for $40 while supplies last. I will let you know how many we have left on Friday, June 9, 2023.

Students Not Attending North Andover in the Fall 2023

If your child will not be attending North Andover Public Schools for the upcoming school year, parents/guardians will need to notify Mrs. Barron as soon as possible by either email or coming into the main office of NAMS.  At the end of the school year your student’s records will be forwarded to their new school.  Please contact Mrs. Barron with any questions at barronm@northandoverpublicschools.com
