WELCOME & HOURS
The Health Office is located directly off of the main lobby in the 8th grade hallway. Hours are 7:20 a.m. to 2:20 p.m., Monday through Friday during the school year. We welcome you to call the office or stop in anytime to discuss your child’s health care needs or if you have any questions.

ATTENTION 6th and 7th GRADE PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Students entering 7th grade are required to have a booster dose of Tdap Vaccine, a 2nd Chicken Pox Vaccine along with a Meningococcal vaccine. Please send documentation of these vaccines to the Health Office. Y0u can send a hard copy, email a scanned copy or have your doctor's office fax the records to us at 978-396-9586.

Also, be advised that students are required to submit one physical exam while attending the middle school. Please contact your child's primary care provider and make arrangements for him/her to receive their immunization and/or physical exam before the start of the school year. Send physician documented dates to the Health Office before the start of the school year or following the appointment.
